Medical Studies Abroad – MBBS in Singapore

The MBBS curriculum in the various universities in Singapore has been specifically designed to meet the medical and healthcare needs unique to Singapore. Students applying for medical courses in Singapore are required to obtain a decent score in the IELTS or TOEFL to prove their proficiency in the English language and must have qualified the BMAT examination. Applicant must have completed at least 12 years of general education and must have studied Chemistry and Biology/Physics

The duration of the medical course is of five years followed by one year of additional horsemanship training. International students also have a service obligation of six years. There is an optional specialty training offered which may last up to six years.

The deadline for application is around mid-July every year.
